Creating a Design Brief

Our first priority is to get an understanding of what your business does and who your customers are as this will help us determine how your website should look and how best to promote your products and/or services online. We will then arrange with your agreement what content, images, colours, layout etc will be built in to your website. At this point we will also consider what domain name would be best used, (and indeed is available!) for your website, e.g. www.yourbusinessname.co.uk. If you need us to provide images or take photos for the website we will arrange these before getting started. We have a background in sales and marketing, but also qualifications in Business Management, therefore anywhere we feel we could help when discussing your business needs, we will endeavour to do so.

Website Creation

We will put together your website within a timescale anticipated at preparation stage, you will have chance to assess if the site meets your satisfaction. Any amendments you would like at this point can be made, and within reason this will not increase your original quote. Extra content or major changes from the brief originally agreed can also be arranged at this point*. If happy with the finished project we will register your domain name and put your new site online. Domain registration and website hosting, as well as submission of your site to major search engines will be included in the cost of your site and we will arrange this for you.

Online Marketing Strategy

Once your website will be up and running, any email accounts set up will be activated and you will start to see your site provide positive results for your business, with the help of the search engine optimisation done at the early stages.
At this point we can offer a number of support services:

  •  We can arrange and upload updates to your site
  •  Paid search engine listings – we can arrange for your site to be automatically listed at the top or right hand side on Google. You can decide the most appropriate keywords.
  •  Ongoing reports on the progress of your website
